HERALDRY: On a shield divided per Bend Sinister
white and gold. In Chief Sinister a Brown Grizzly Bear statant.
In Base crossed signal flags proper with brown handles resting
upon a signal torch black with red flames. Overall per Bend Sinister
an orange lightning bolt. Below on a band, the motto "Ready
to Serve" in black.
