Regiment from 1941 until 1943. According the Maj Gen Ron Markarian,
a former State Military Reserve Commander, this Distinctive Unit
Insignia was later authorized for wear by the 9th Specialist
Support Group. Although authorized, It is not know if unit was
actually formed.
