Albion Rifles: Licensed 11 November 1942. License revoked 1 October 1943 by Special Order 265. The 26 January 1943 Fifth Region Station List stated:
  • The unit was commanded by Lester H. Smith
  • The unit's mission assigned on 5 November 1942 was to protect the following:
  • 200-ft highway bridge on California Highway 1
  • 120-ft highway bridge on California Highway 1 over Salmon Creek.
  • Telephone lines.

    Casper Camp 20 Rifles: Licensed 21 December 1942. License revoked 1 October 1943 by Special Order 265. Commanded by K.B. McGuire.

    Navarro Rifles: Licensed 21 December 1942. License revoked 1 October 1943 by Special Order 265. Commanded by Julius F. Ruttluff.
    Redwood Valley
    Redwood Valley Rifles: Licensed 21 December 1942. License revoked 1 October 1943 by Special Order 265. The 26 January 1943 Fifth Region Station List stated that:
  • The unit was commanded by C.L. Rath.
  • The unit met every other Monday at 7:30 pm. Location is unknown.
  • Ukiah
    Ukiah Rifles: Licensed 24 November 1942. License revoked 1 October 1943 by Special Order 265. The 26 January 1943 Fifth Region Station List stated that:
  • The unit was commanded by A.L. Cobalet.
  • The unit consisted of 31 members
  • On 19 November 1942 the unit received the following defense mission to protect:
  • two Northern Pacific Railroad open deck trestels.
  • Ukiah Railroad Station and Telegraph Office.
  • Other Ukiah installations as directed by area commander.
  • Willits
    Willits Rifles: Licensed 26 October 1942. License revoked 1 October 1943 by Special Order 265. The 26 January 1943 Fifth Region Station List stated that:
  • The unit was commanded by Capt. Carl F. Janish.
  • The unit consisted of on office and 82 enlisted soldiers.
  • The unit met at 8:00 pm, every Wednesday at the Willits Veterans Memorial Building.
  • On 27 September 1942, the unit receive the following defense mission to protect:
  • 791-foot California Western Railroad tunnerl
  • Bridges 21, 31 21.48, 21.74, 22.11, 22.32, 22.51 and 22.58.
  • Patrol twelve trestles between Irmulco and Willits.
  • Willits Veterans Memorial Building, home of the Willits Rifles
