3rd California Cavalry Regiment: Licensed 29 November 1942. License revoked 24 July 1943 by under Special Order 195.
East Sacramento Rifles: Licensed 1 October 1942. License revoked 1 October 1943 by Special Order 265. Special Order 182 redesignated the East Sacramento Rifles as Company A, 3rd Battalion, 24th Regiment, California State Guard effective 1 July 1943.
Western Pacific Rifle Company: Licensed 8 May 1942. License revoked 1 October 1943 by Special Order 265. A unit formed with employees of the Western Pacific Railroad
Herald and Galt
Herald-Galt Rifles: Licensed 26 October 1942. License revoked 1 October 1943 by Special Order 265.
McClellan Field
McClellan Field Rifle Companies No. 1, 2, 3 and 4: Licensed 23 January 1943. License revoked 1 October 1943 by Special Order 265. Defense Mission: Augment air base defense forces of the Army Air Forces' Sacramento Air Depot and McClellan Field. These companies were probably made up of civilian employees working at the base.
North Sacramento
North City Rifle Company: Licensed 8 May 1942. License revoked 1 October 1943 by Special Order 265.
