La Honda
La Honda Rifles: Licensed 21 December 1942, License revoked 1 October 1943 by Special Order 265. Commanded by Louis P. Zanoni.
Menlo Park
Fremont Rifles: Licensed 26 October 1942. License revoked 1 October 1943 by Special Order 265. The 26 January 1943 Fifth Region Station List stated that:
  • The unit was commanded by Capt. William M. Gilson
  • The unit had one officer and 21 enlisted members,
  • The unit drilled at 830 Olive Street, Menlo Park at 10:00 am on Sundays and 7:30pm on Wednesdays.
  • On 25 September 1942 the unit received a defense mission to protect the Dumbarton Rail Bridge between Alameda and San Mateo Counties.
