Camp Capell
Located at Cappell Bar, on the west side of the Klamath River,
15 miles above Fort Ter-Waw and about 10-1/2 miles below the
mouth of the Trinity River, in Humboldt County. This post in
1856 was a temporary summer camp of Company B, 4th Infantry.
