Camp Montgomery
 

The Chico Guard and the Colusa Guard, then both unattached companies, camped together at Sisson, Siskiyou County, from 11-18 August 1890. The camp was named Camp Montgomery in honor of Gen. J. W. B. Montgomery, Commander, Fifth Brigade, National Guard of California.
