Reorganized and redesignated 15 September 1949 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2d Battalion, 111th Armored Cavalry

Reorganized and redesignated 22 January 1951 as the Tank Company, 2d Battalion, 111th Armored Cavalry

Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 1 June 1954 as Battery B, 170th Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion

Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 1 May 1959 as Company B, 2d Battle Group, 184th Infantry, an element of the 49th Infantry Division
 
Reorganized and redesignated 1 March 1960 as the Combat Support Company, 2d Battle Group, 184th Infantry.
 
Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 1 March 1963 as Company C, 3d Battalion, 149th Armor, an element of the 49th Infantry Division
 
Converted, reorganized, and redesignated 29 January 1968 as the 1402d Engineer Company; .concurrently, relieved from assignment to the 49th Infantry Division
 
HOME STATION: Red Bluff (less two platoons at Mt. Shasta and one section at Yreka)
