Location and Hours

The California State Military Museum will be on its Summer schedule effective 1 April 2009. The museum is open from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm Tuesday through Thursday and Sunday and 10:00 am until 6:00 pm Friday and Saturday. The museum is open Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Veterans Day regardless of the day of the week. The museum is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Easter.

General Admission: $5.00

Children (6-17) and Seniors (55+): $3.00

Children under five and under: FREE!

Patrons with a Current Membership Card: FREE!

School, Youth and Other Groups: Please call (916) 442-2883 for further information.

Veterans and Members of the Armed Forces with an Identification Card (Active, Reserve, National Guard, and Dependents): FREE!

Memorial Day and Veterans Day Holidays: FREE!

Group and School Tour Admission

(Two day notice required)

Adults: $2.00 adults,

Children (6-17): $1.00 students.
